About Unbound Resilience and Rae - 

I am a licensed mental health counselor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner working primarily with people who have experienced trauma, chronic illness/disability, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and those who are seeking to make more sense of their nervous system and learn how to regulate while existing in the world's current state.

I believe healing is political and bring decolonization and anti-racism into my work to ensure that during my participant's healing journeys we are working from a true understanding that the root of most of our misunderstandings of ourselves and each other tend to be systemic.
